The Internal Grievance Cell (IGC) is established by the Founder Body and approved by the Governing Body of Loyola College of Education (LCE) to address grievances raised by staff members of LCE in a fair, confidential, and timely manner as guided by the directions of Sikkim University, NCTE and UGC. The IGC operates within the framework of applicable laws, regulations, and the college’s policies and procedures.
